This document provides ticket reporting data for monthly tickets, support status, and total resolved and unresolved tickets by month. The monthly ticket reporting shows percentages of open, unresolved and resolved tickets. The support status details the number of tickets in different categories. A graph shows the total number of resolved and unresolved tickets each month with resolved tickets ranging from 0 to 1000 and unresolved from 0 to 50 over the year.
