Traineeship who’s it for? If you aged between 16 to 23 and are not currently in a job and don't have a Level 3 qualification and would like to move towards gaining an apprenticeship then a Pathway Traineeship could equip you with the skills and qualifications that you need. The programmes are flexible to ensure you get the best support. They will involve valuable work experience, functional skills qualifications and work preparation training. Each Traineeship last for a maximum of 6 months- howver more usually t3 months and the Traineeship is made up of work experience, training and preparation to be work ready and working to enhance your English and Maths.
