 Informal interaction with co-workers
 More telephonic communication between employees
 Feedback should be taken at all levels
Do you have any suggestions for improvement in the
communication system or any remedial measures that need
be taken in existing system?
Information overload.
No seminars and sessions for employee interactions.
Lesser time to interact with co-workers.
No interaction/communication with employees of coca-cola
working in other cities.
Communication gaps occur while changes in the organization are
being implemented.
Misinterpretation because of relying only on to the emails being
used for communication mainly.
No informal interaction with employees.
More communication gaps occur at lower management.
For critical communication phone calls should be used so
that the receiver doesn't misinterpret your tone.
Communication should be clear and to the point.
Feedback should be taken at each and every level and
from every individual employee.
It should be made sure that everyone is well aware of the
change being implemented in the system.
More meetings and outdoor activities should be conducted
to improve communication system within coca-cola.
Actively listen.
Effective texting.
Stay positive.
• There should be more face to face communication as it provides immediate
feedback and it is the richest communication medium.
• More outdoor activities should be planned for informal interactions between
employees.
• More telephonic communication should be done so that there is less chance of
misinterpretations.
• Be sure that emails have the right level of details and is expressed in a way
that the receivers easily understand.
• Avoid premature communication, but communicate change as soon as possible.
Determine the appropriate method for the situation such as conducting a
meeting before implementing a change in the system.
Though the communication system in coca-cola is effective
but it still have some flaws in the system that restricts
the system from being highly effective. They should focus
on more employee and employer interactions to improve
their system. Employees should be given flexible
environment and activities that improves the
relationships between employees.
