What is smell?
It’s a mean to recognize the world around us through the
interpretations of different scents.
Olfactory (smell nerve) cells are stimulated by the odors
around us. These nerve cells are found in a tiny patch of tissue
high up tin the nose, and they connect directly to the brain.
Considered a chemical sense because
the sense processes chemicals in the air.
