Electric chain hoist is used to lift or lower the material. Electric motors and controllers are used to increase, decrease and accelerate or slow the lifting speed. Electric lift is ideal for use in intermediate product lines and small workshops where more frequent and faster training is required.

3. ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST
The most common types of hoists used in the world are chain hoists. The
type most commonly used is electricity. This type of chain lift is used as a
lifting medium. There is a closed circuit that creates an outline that
eventually lifts weights.
Electric chain hoist is used to lift or lower the material. Electric motors and
controllers are used to increase, decrease and accelerate or slow the lifting
speed. Electric lift is ideal for use in intermediate product lines and small
workshops where more frequent and faster training is required.
A hoist is a tool for lifting or lowering the load attached to it with a lifting
wheel or drum. Lifting is done with a rope or wire rope wrapped around a
wheel or drum. Wheels or drums can use electricity for their work or, in
some cases, be operated manually. Another integral part of the hoist,
besides the drum and wire, is the lifting media used. Various lifting media
used are chains, fibers, or wire ropes. There are also hooks available where
a load is attached.
4. ADVICE FOR THE USE OF ELECTRIC
CHAIN HOISTS
Electric chain hoists are used to lift and lower loads vertically and for
horizontal movements with the load being lifted (by trolley). Any other use
can cause serious damage and is prohibited. Risk is the operator's
responsibility.
Electric hoists are powered by electricity. Before using for the first time,
make sure all power cords are properly connected, all cables are not
damaged, and all devices can be turned off with the main switch.
It is the operator's responsibility to ensure that all sized lifting points are
adjusted to withstand the dynamic forces caused by the lifting equipment.
The chain hoist can be used when the chain hoist is securely suspended
and the outlet circuit can safely move the chain hoist in the right direction.
Therefore, the container for the back end of the chain outside the hoist must
be big enough for the chain to come loose. If not, the chain can be pulled
back at the hoist and stop the hoist braking system.
5. THE WORKING OF THE CHAIN HOIST CAN BE UNDERSTOOD
FROM THE FOLLOWING POINTS
Use gears to multiply strength.
If the chain hoist is operated manually, the operator must
draw a halo on the side.
It rotates the inner gear to rotate the sprocket.
When the roller is spinning, it lifts a heavy chain which
usually has a hook at the end.
By pulling on the light chain contour, manual wind can
actually increase the force exerted by the heavy chain.
This is caused by the gear ratio in the manual chain
hoist.
Mechanical work performed by the operator is the same
as a heavy lifting chain.
