Either place the toilet at the farthest point from the door ,or construct a
cubicle or curtain that shields the toilet from anyone entering
Other remedies are to hang a wind chime between the door and toilet or
to install a mirror on the outside of room

In kitchen they pay more attention to location of stove and rice cooker .
In feng shui kitchen represents wealth :the better the food ,more capable
the person and larger the potential income.

2,An island stove is best ,providing a less cramped
arrangement

CURE : hang a wind chime or crystal ball between
the stove and the door.
