After cleaning away grease, oil and loose rust, use Eastwood’s three step rust treatment process:
Rust Converter (51677) followed by three aerosol cans of Eastwood’s Rust Encapsulator
(16060Z), then top coat with three aerosol cans of Chassis Black.
1. Rust Converter primes the surface, transforming rust into an inert iron oxide.
2. Rust Encapsulator protects against further rusting by filling pinholes and other surface
irregularities while also providing excellent UV resistance.
3. Finally, topcoat with Original Chassis Black to fully seal the metal against the elements.
