Steffian Bradley Architects is pleased to announce the appointment of three new London based Directors as part of the
practice’s significant expansion of its capabilities in the UK. SBA opened the London office in 2002 and has experienced
considerable success in the design and delivery of a range of significant buildings throughout the world, including over 350
healthcare projects. Originally established in Boston, USA in 1932, SBA has grown to an international practice with offices
in the UK, USA, Spain and China. We are a design-led practice that specialises in public sector buildings, tailoring each
design to the client’s individual needs. The firms’ award-winning designs are imaginative, intelligent and rational, reflecting
our ability to interpret complex briefs for both present and future use.

Managing Director
Keith Millay’s extensive healthcare design, academic research and planning
expertise includes experience leading complex health and health sciences
projects both within the UK and internationally. His particular skill is in designing
clear and flexible frameworks for buildings with complex operational and
technical briefs, fully integrated with the architectural design aspirations. He
has worked almost exclusively on healthcare and academic research projects
for over 25 years, the last 11 years within the UK.

Rob Cole BA (Hons) Dip Arch ARB RIBA
Director
Rob Cole is a qualified architect with over 25 years of experience leading
complex projects at all stages, gained in senior positions within practices in
London and Munich. He has particular expertise in building and managing
teams to deliver major healthcare projects in the UK and internationally. Rob
is accomplished in creating first class architecture that combines inspiring

Design Director
Paul Treacy has a broad range of architectural experience with leading
international design focused practices in the UK. He brings to SBA over 20
years of experience in large scale projects throughout the world, including
complex mixed use and large scale infrastructure projects in Korea, China,
Russia and the Middle East. Over the last 10 years Paul has been the
architectural design leader for a number of significant healthcare projects in
the UK, leading project teams from concept design through to construction King Edward Memorial Hospital - Bermuda
