Volume 1: The Base Game

Welcome to the How-To Legacy; a guide from start to finish of how to complete a legacy challenge. Here is how it will go
down. Beginning with the base game, each successful completion of a generation will unlock a new expansion pack.
This isn’t the first time I tried to play this way on my old laptop, so I already have University installed (didn’t want to lose
my data for the base hoods). To compensate, I won’t be using any items or use any of the major additions from that EP. I
can’t say the same thing for interactions.
This Legacy will be presented as a step-by-step guide for how to play a Legacy, especially with the inclusion of each
additional feature the EPs bring.

STEP ONE: CREATE YOUR FOUNDER

So that’s it for Volume 1: The Base Game. I hope you learned a lot,
because I sure did. I learned that playing without cheats means there is
less dead air time while playing and is more fun. I also learned that I
really did rely wish I had done this while the Sims 2 was still a big deal
because I could really use custom content.
