4. A home Area Network(HAN) is a network
located in a home. HAN’s are used to connect all
of a home’s digital devices, such as
computers, peripherals, phones, gaming
devices, DVR’s and Televisions.
5. Local Area Network(LAN) is a network in which
the nodes are located within a small geographic
area. Examples include a network in a computer
lab at school or at a fast-food restaurant.

large distance and tied together
LAN facilitates fast and efficient exchange of
information at lesser costs and higher speeds
The two LAN’s would be described as a single
WAN
LAN has very low error rates.
