Professor Renee Hobbs is one of the nation's leading authorities on media literacy education. She recently served as the Founding Director of the Harrington School of Communication and Media at the University of Rhode Island, where she helped develop a distinctive identity for the new school, which includes 5 undergraduate and 3 graduate programs.
