2. Energetic Protection
This technique is part of several energy protection techniques that we
can use in reiki.
During a session of reiki practitioners are protected against negative
influences, these can be of the environment or energy that the receiver is
releasing. This protection is due to several reasons: the attunement in
reiki, the love that surrounds our aura due using the Universal energy and
maintain a state of mindfulness, what makes we maintain a neutral
position, free of ego.
Also, is important to know how to lead the energy released by customer,
perhaps this can be a release of a strong ancestral energy patterns. The
space of healing is the place to do this.
But what happens before or after the healing? Maybe we can feel
negative influence from our client or any situation or person in our life.
This simple technique helps you strengthen and radiate a better energy
in our around towards eliminating negative influences.
We can apply this technique to us or to the receiver if he or she needs a
personal vibration enhancement.
Technique:
We work on three points: Crown, sides of the head (temples) and thymus
(located between the heart and throat chakra).
In each one of them we made three different mudras, we hold hands as a
minimum of 30 seconds, until feel a change of vibration.
It is a simple technique and we should not spend more than 3 minutes in
total. You can project the symbols you want; ideally you can work with
Cho symbol at the beginning until the patient is ready to absorb the Sei
symbol.
