• Mauro elli was born in 25th mars 1969.
• He studied in a catering school in Clusone.
• Then he went to Scotland to work for four years.
• When he return in Italy he went in Portofino to work in a luxury
hotel named Splendido.
• In august 2003 he decided to opened a small restaurant in
Albavilla named “Il cantuccio”.
• In 2007 he recived the prestigious award that has consecrated
him as a successful chef in the world: the Michelin star
• The same passion in cooking is reflected everyday in teaching.
Infact he teach in Casnati school in Como.
