I had never useda Mac before inmy life and sometimes the Macs wouldcrashor the programs wouldn’t open. Turningthe Macs on and off again solvedthis. I learnthowto use a Mac and all of the different software onit. DSLR camera – Canon1000D The DSLR can be usedto take pictures and alsofilm videos,they have lotsof different settingsto make sure I useditto take all of my picturesfor my magazine on myfront cover, contentspage and double page spread. At firstI didn’t know how to use the DSLR and all of its settings,asit was quite complicated. Aftera bunch of testshots and re shoots of mypictures I finallytook suitable picturesfor my magazine I now know how to use a camera,focus it andtake goodquality pictures.

Photoshopis quite a complicated program to use as it quite advancedand has a lotof different optionsandso it takesa while tolearn all of the different functionsand how to use them. A lotof the time you couldGoogle a tutorial or getassistance of someone else who knows Photoshop betterto help me. I have learnt how to use a lotof the differenttools and functions. Indesign InDesigncan be usedto create documents and add pictures, whichcan be usedto create portfoliosor single documents.
