Title : BOSS (Best Optical Selling System)

2. Description:
Best Optical Selling System (BOSS) is the order processing application running in Walmart vision
centers. Boss is a windows application deployed in the optical store to help the in-store associates
effectively create and manage the customers’ orders and caters their needs.
The Walmart vision center caters to different optical needs of the patients such as lenses,
frames, contact lens and add-ons such as lens cleaners, etc. and also non-prescription cases.
The Boss application is about optical system. This application is used to create and maintain the
orders. Based on customer prescriptions the storer will create the orders. Customers can check up their
eyes or can buy the spectacles or contact lenses based on their needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Having hands of experience in the Database Coding.
• Preparing Functional and Technical specifications
• Preparing unit test cases and coding as per the coding standards

• Involved in designing of database and front end. Coordinating with other team members in

Description:
GPH – Medguide changes project is to enchance the current GPH (Global Pharmacy Host) system
for validating the medguides. This system introduces a new process to validate the medguides before
sending the medguide updates to store.
Basically this tool is used to validate medguide files and providing an approval process before
adding/updating the medguide files in production zFAM. Also reloading the previous production version
medguide can be possible with this tool.

and printing invoice. Main intention of this project is to develop complete flow of logistics
system.
The software product must have graphical user interface.

• Designed and developed user interface in visual studio .net using c#.net
• Developed webpages using ASP.NET, C#.NET, and HTML.
