The cost to have your own web-based direct debit rent collection account is just 0.5% of the rents collected - that's right, just half-a-percent for all those benefits! That’s at least 10 times less than most letting agents will charge you for rent collection … and most of them still don’t have access to a direct debit collection facility! The only other costs are your one-time-only Agreement Setup Fee of £199 and Tenant Setup Fee of £0.99 by email (£1.50 by post), which is a one-off cost to add a new tenant to your account (this is a BACS requirement).
