The tender document along with details, specifications, terms and conditions will be available from
Asstt. General Manager (Mktg.) GM, U.P Telecom Circle, Agra from 11:00 Hrs. to 14:00 hrs. on any
working day, on payment of above mentioned tender document cost (non-refundable) in the form
of cash / crossed bank draft in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL O/o GM U.P Telecom Circle
Agra payable at Agra.
The tender document can also be downloaded from our website www.bsnl.co.in. In this
case a separate demand draft of Rs. 200/- (tender document fees) in favour of AO (Cash)
BSNLGMU.PCircle, Agra issued by nationalized/scheduled bank has to be submitted along with the
technical bid, otherwise the bid will be cancelled.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Supply of Flex Hoarding of Size 3 ft to 5 ft bearing standard BSNL logo. A sample can seen in the
Agm ( Marketing) office before submitting the tender document.
The estimated quantity given above is only approximate, which may vary by 25% ordinarily.
Duly filled tenders, in the original bid form, should reach this office on or before 14.00 hrs
on 22.11.2011 and will be opened at 14.30 hrs on the same day. The GM, BSNL, U.P Circle reserves
the right to cancel or postpone the tender without assigning any reason.
