A PI from InSight Investments was killed by two muggers near the Rising Phoenix Martial Arts School. Witnesses identified one mugger as having a Chinese dragon tattoo similar to the school's sensei. Students at the school have been improving unusually quickly, possibly due to Chinese herbs or steroids provided by the sensei. Several suspects are named in connection with providing the sensei with packages, including a man named Duke. The incident was used as the basis for a new Hardy Boys book.

A PI from InSight Investments was killed by two muggers. Luckily, we have two witnesses. Our first
witness, Joe Hardy, said that InSight Investments was funding to build a chain of Rising Phoenix
Schools. Frank Hardy, our second witness, said that one of them had a chinese dragon tattoo, like the
sensei at Rising Phoenix. This may lead to further investigation.
The Rising Phoenix Martial Arts School

The Rising Phoenix is a martial arts school. It wants to create a chain of Rising Phoenix Schools.InSight
Investments was thinking of giving money for it, but since one of their PI investors was killed, they may
never give a cent for it. Two children got hurt at the school. One of them got a heart screen. The other
one got mugged in the parking lot. The school takes practice for an hour every other day, but some of
the students can be seen practicing alone on days that don’t have practice. Most of the students at the
school are improving very fast, by getting about ten times better than how good they were ten months
ago. This is very unusual.

The growth of the students is very unusual.There are many reasons to why this is happening. The worst
reason that we could possibly come up with is that the children are taking steroids. Frank and Joe
Hardy, our witnesses from the death of the PI, are also students from the Rising Phoenix. They said that
their friend, Billy, was having one of these unusual growths.He asked him why this was happening.Billy
guessed that it was happening because of these chinese herbs that the sensei gave him.The herbs
came in pill form. This gives us a better idea of what is happening. Even though the reason of it being
because of steroids remains, there still are a few other possibilities. Let’s just hope it’s not steroids.
