2. All over the world people of different ages are very
fond of sports and games. Sport not only helps
people to become strong and to develop physically
but also makes them more organized and better
disciplined in their daily activities. It makes for a
healthy mind in a healthy body.
3. Speaking about our family I'd like to mention a famous proverb
«Husband and wife have the same interests and views».
Let me tell you about my
husband. His name is
Mikhail. He is 28 years old.
Sport is very important for
him, because he can't
imagine his life without
physical activity. Sport is his
hobby. My husband is a
member of a local sport
club. He takes part in
different
sport
competitions.
4. I want to say a few words about my
husband's favourite kind of sport. It is a
basketball. Basketball is very beautiful
game full of emotions and energy. Besides
playing basketball, my husband likes
watching different sport competitions on
TV.
5. Sport helps us to stay in good
shape, keeps us healthy and
makes us more organized in
our daily life. In winter we
spend much time outdoors
skating and skiing. In summer
we like to swim and play
basketball.
6. My husband often tells that If you
don’t devote some time to sports
activities, your health can get
worse very quickly. That’s why
every morning all the year round
we do our morning exercises and
almost every day we do some
training. We are full of energy
thanks to sport.
