2. Customer Communication
Sellers/merchants at promake.com are prohibited to engage in direct
communication with buyers for any matters related to:
• Pre-sale,
• Order,
• Payments,
• Shipping,
• Post sale or returns
Sellers/merchants are also not allowed to engage in direct or indirect
marketing communication with buyers at promake. For specific product
inquiries, warranties, shipping/delivery etc., promake can intermediate the
communication between buyer and sellers. However, sellers should not be
engaged in communication with the buyers
3. Customer Communication
Violations of policy may result in a range of actions including:
• Product Listing cancellation
• Limits on account privileges
• Account suspension
• Loss of Top Rated Merchant status
