I Priya Kumari student of the INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCE,
RANCHI UNIVERSITY have done the project report on the title “Working
Capital Management”.

I do here by declare that the summer training project which has been
done in SAIL (RDCIS) Ranchi, is an original work done by me under the
guidance of Mr. .S.B. Sahay (Sr. Manager), Mr. Amit Shekhar Tirkey (Finance
Teacher).

I have tried to present this report with all most clarity and authentic one
as well. The finding & conclusion of the report are based on my personal
study & experience. The project has been done for the fulfillment of the
requirement of a course, carried out for Master of Business
Administration (M.B.A) course.

We have designed the interiors for the clients having Garment Showroom. As per the budgetary and
space constraints, our professionals undertake the projects and start with initial planning work.
Complete services are timely rendered, including interior design drawings, furniture layout, fixing
details, material specification, electrical layout plan and others. The project managers regularly visit
the sites in order to ensure that execution takes place as per design detailing.



PROFILE
In the year 2006, our organization, „Concept Architecture‟ was established as a sole proprietorship
firm. Today, within a decade of our establishment, we stand amongst the most distinguished names
operating in the industry and offering Architectural and Interior Designing Services. We understand
the basic concept of functioning as a firm and give utmost importance to each of the details specified
by our clients. Relying upon our domain expertise, we render highly innovative, flexible and prompt
services for both commercial and non-commercial projects. Owing to our proficiency, we have
successfully completed projects for Residential Plots, Housing Societies, Resorts, Office Interiors,
Library, and structures.

Owing to our pursuance to commitment and sheer dedication of ourprofessionals, we have earned the
reputation of being a noteworthy enterprise. Our professionals utilize high end techniques and ultra-
modern facilities to design most unique and custom-made solutions for interior designing projects.
Distinct factors such as quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness are taken into consideration while
devising the apt solutions. We offer easy payment modes & contract manufacturing to the clients and
provide prompt after sales support. Our professionals are trained for offering onsite support and user
manual.
He has helped us in devising effective policies that enable us to meet the exceeding expectations of
clients'. He has pillared the growth of our organization and incorporated elements like flexibility,
transparency and focus in our business.

Project Methodology
  Sources of Data:-The            study of garment showroom of the company necessitates accurate &
  reliable data. Therefore the sources for collecting the data must be taken into consideration after due
  diligence. The validity of the report will directly depend upon the quality and accuracy of data
  collected. Sources include both primary & secondary. Although secondary data has been used mainly
  for the project because of the dependency of the results on the historic figures at the company.

 Primary Data
  The primary data was collected through the following specific methods and    techniques ender
  considerations.
  Informal interviews.
  Discussions with officer concerned.
 Secondary Data
  The secondary data was obtained through the following means for the purpose of the project work.

  Annual reports.
  Journals and Magazines.
