Constructive Activism
As a pioneering initiative, ADFG’s US$ 300 million
Goldilocks equities fund unveiled the tactical
opportunities and constructive activism for the first
time in the region. The strategy aims to identify and
correct pricing of public securities, investing in them

Debt investments
Integrated Alternative Finance, ADFG’s debt
platform, focuses on providing liquidity and debt
capital solutions. This includes last mile financing for
real estate developers, high-yield mezzanine debt
and corporate debt for financial sponsors and other
transitory opportunities.
Private equity and investment management
ADCM Ltd. is the investment manager for a number
of vehicles including the secondaries fund ADCM-
SPEF, Northacre PLC and the UAE’s speciality lender

ADCM Altus is ADFG’s investment manager on

Mustafa Kheriba is the Chief Operating Officer of
ADFG and Executive Director of the Company’s
Investment Manager, ADCM Ltd. He manages
the investment activities and platforms of ADFG,
including business development, deal origination,
fund raising and key investments.
Mustafa previously held senior posts in financial
services and investment companies in the GCC,
USA and Canada. Mustafa holds a BA from the
University of Toronto and an MBA from Ohio
Dominican University, where he graduated Magna
Cum Laude.
Fawad leads the investments team at ADFG and focuses
on devising and implementing alternative investment
strategies globally. He also heads up Integrated
Alternative Finance, the debt platform of ADFG and
serves on the Board of Directors of Northacre. He
has ten years’ experience in private equity and debt
advisory roles beginning his career with Deloitte in
London focusing on strategy consulting and financial
advisory for clients across Europe and the Middle
East. Fawad holds an MSc in Business Studies from the
Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School at University
College Dublin and a BSc in Computer Science from
University College Cork, Ireland.

Bechara is the Chief Business Officer of ADFG,
where he is responsible for overseeing the Group’s
support functions to ensure the timely provision
and allocation of human, financial and physical
resources. Bechara has 25 years of work experience
and has held senior positions in banks (Chief
Operating Officer of Credit Suisse for the Middle
East & Africa, COO of Bank Audi in Saudi Arabia) as
well as hi-tech firms and entrepreneurial ventures.
Bechara holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in
Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a
BSc in Electrical Engineering from the American
University of Beirut.
Bachir is the General Counsel for ADFG and
manages all legal and compliance matters for the
firm. He was previously a Director with Berwin
Leighton Paisner and before that at Reed Smith.
He has over 15 years’ experience advising on UAE
and GCC laws as well as cross-border transactions.
Bachir has an LLB from St. Joseph’s University in
Beirut, Lebanon.

Jassim is the Managing Director and Chief
Executive Officer of ADFG. He is also the Chairman
of SHUAA Capital and Eshraq Properties and
a Board Member at First Gulf Bank, Tourism &
Development Investment Company (TDIC), Abu
Dhabi Capital Group and GFH Financial Group BSC.
Previously, he was the CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital
Group. Prior to his shift to the world of investment,
he was a noted lecturer at the Abu Dhabi-based
Petroleum Institute. Jassim holds a BSc in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-
Madison and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from
Cornell University in the US.
Divyesh is the Chief Technology Officer of ADFG
and leads the Group’s investment initiatives in
the tech domain, identifying new themes and
pursuing opportunities in this rapidly growing
segment. He has 12 years of combined experience
in technology and investments, and previously was
a key senior member of the alternative investments
arm of ADFG. He has worked with ING Investment
Management in New York and Hong Kong and
with American Express and holds an MBA from the
University of Cambridge and an MSc in Computer
Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute
of Technology, Delhi, India.

Natasha is an Associate Director at Integrated
Alternative Finance and has broad experience
across a range of advisory services and sectors
including education, logistics, energy and real
estate. She started her career in the M&A and debt
advisory team at Deloitte, where her transaction
experience included acquisition financing for
shipping assets, sale and leaseback structures,
corporate debt issues including a US$200 million
hybrid Sukuk offering in 2013. Natasha holds
an MSc in Physics and Mathematics from the
University of Bristol in the UK.

Predrag is a Director at Integrated Eastern
European Holdings Ltd and is responsible
for ADFG’s Eastern European investments.
Previously he was Project Manager at Adriatic
Marinas and he was responsible for their
Porto Montenegro Project. He has over 12
years’ experience in engineering and project
management in Australia and Eastern Europe,
and holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Sydney,
Australia.

Niccolo is the Chief Executive Officer of
Northacre PLC, where he is leveraging over 18
years’ experience in finance and real estate.
After spending several years alongside Est4te
Four’s Partners (who built their reputation in
Milan by creating, arguably, the largest fashion
quarter in the world), Niccolo helped Est4te
Four to transform from a developer to a global
real estate advisor with developments in Milan,
London, New York and Los Angeles. Prior to
this he was the head trader for Theorema Asset
Management, a US600$ million European Equity
Hedge Fund.
