I want to marvel at our volume to BOUNCE back from adversity, today. The method is known in
many different arenas as strength —currently a hot matter of conversation and research. Just how
do we bounce-back from the death of a family member? When different businesses decide to state
bankruptcy, does one company BOUNCE back from an economic downturn? What permits one
caregiver to handle a journey that is difficult when others feel confused? In a term, strength! Thus,
let’s examine this process of “BOUNCING back” and recognize the blessings of REVERSAL.

ingredients of resilience and start to become a grasp of MOVING! Exclusively all BOUNCES. Pick

Individually, function models that are resistant serve as my enthusiasm to JUMP. Wonderful advisors
and models of strength have blessed me throughout my life. Throughout the toughest times,
examples of strength inspired me to BOUNCE back. Our “grandest” case of REBOUND it is my
mom and was. Annually after being identified as having terminal breast cancer, Mom hiked the
Great Canyon—in one-day! Back and along, 14 miles roundtrip. She had a radical mastectomy
accompanied by weeks of radiation treatments, the previous year. Mother was psychologically and
emotionally powerful although actually affected. ENJOY every minute of the action together with she
was motivated to successfully complete the journey. Your tour out and into of the Grand Canyon was
my life's most amazing day. The storage of Mom JUMPING from the Grand Canyon is really
inspiring!
Forty two years back, I learned how to BOUNCE back from difficulty by climbing the Bright Angel
walk with Mother. The lessons learned that morning continue to sustain me through studies and
difficulties also to stimulate. Mom exuded selfconfidence. She considered in others' goodness. She
courageously embraced life. And she believed the holy within the ordinary moments. She was not a
target of life, although mommy eventually died of cancer. She stayed hope- COMPLETE and joy -
ENTIRE towards the finish of her journey—always leaning into life. Mom thought we would
BOUNCE in the place of being deflated by trouble. Her selection offered to stimulate everybody who
believed and loved her.
