• Overall goal is to design and implement a state of the
art IT computer system which will enable substantial
increases in the efficiencies and effectiveness of the
company’s material management supply chain
• The main goals are to
– Implement projects that maximize profits and minimize
operating costs
– Create an ERP system that improves supply chain
operations and efficiencies
– Formalize processes and control systems that enhances
the managements ability to manage the new
additions, replacements and maintainance of the natural
gas pipeline infrastructure
