Rule 24 omitted by the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) (Amendment) Rules,
2020, w.e.f. 10-11-2020.Earlier this form was used for application for transfer
of FC to another registered /unregistered person but w.e.f 10-11-2020 sub
granting is not allowed.
