3. Schedule
• Gathering at 3.30 pm in University
• Arriving with limo and cars to the castle
• Speech of dean, teachers and best students - 5 pm
• The award of degrees - 6 pm
• Dinner in castle‘s restaurant - 7 pm
• Final dance at castle‘s yard – 8.30 pm
• After party in the basement of the castle – 10 pm

• 50 students + 20 teachers
• Year book with pictures and signes of students and teachers
• Documentation of event from air and with help of pro photographer
• Dresscode (black&white smoking and evening dress for women)

6. Budgeting
• Renting a castle: 4,000€
• Dinner: 1,500€
• Tecnical support with DJ: 1,000€
• Rent a car: 800€ (4 vehicles with drivers)
• Photographer and sky-camera: 300€
• Security: 600€
• Yearbook: 500€
• Other: 300€
• Total: 9,000€
