PAYROLL
• A pay roll is a company’s list of its employees,
but the term is commonly used to refer to:
• The total amount of money that a company pays
to its employees
• A company’s records of its employees’ salaries
and wages ,bonuses ,and withheld taxes
• payroll is crucial because payrole and payrole
taxes considerably affect the net income of most
companies and because they are subject to laws
and regulations (E.g. in the U.S., payrole is
subject to Federal, State, and local regulations).
CONTD.,
• Payroll taxes are taxes imposed on employers
or employees, and are usually calculated as a
percentage of the salaries that employers pay
their staff.
• Payroll taxes generally fall into two categories:
Deductions from an employee’s wages, and
taxes paid by the employer based on the
employee’s wages.
FINDINGS
• 50 % of workers feel that change in their
knowledge; skills an quality of work collectively
while 30% in their knowledge, 10% in their skills
and 10% in their quality of work after attending
payroll programs.
• 80% of employees have increased their morale
and speed of work, 10% of employees have only
increased their morale while remaining 10%
increased their speed of work after attending
payroll programs.
SUGGESSTIONS
• A company should implement their payroll
training programs in a manner that 100% of
their employees agree that their personal
growth increases with payroll management.
• Payroll management material should be
organized in a logical manner and has
meaningful units
CONCLUSION
• The present payment policy is flexible enough
as it has undergone several changes from
time to time to suit the requirements of the
management.
• In an organization, the payroll training
sessions are need to keep more to educate
employees.
• THANK YOU
