10. My Gym Workouts – Testing 1
1. Clean and Jerk 65kg x 2 (did 65kg x 3 last week), didn’t progress
to 67.5kg as bar bounced and hit shin on 2nd rep (Safety)
2. Deadlift 150kg x 1 (felt like could gone to 155-160kg) but stopped
saved it for next time testing in 4 weeks. Left some in tank.
3. Bench Press 70x3, 70x4 (haven’t done 70kg in a while, clearly not
my maximum capability at the moment)
Overall
• Clean and Jerk PB 80kg (2016) – 65kg (-15kg)
• Deadlift PB 200kg (2016) – 150kg (-50kg)
• Bench Press PB 109kg (2011) – 70kg (-39kg) (clearly not 1 rm)
