give you a better night sleep than a sleeping pill. When purchasing a mattress comfort is highly

points such as your hips and shoulders. As a general rule, the heavier you are, the firmer the
tension you will need.
If you are sleeping with a partner make sure you bring them along when purchasing the mattress
otherwise there’s a chance only one of you will be comfortable with your choice.
And lastly, check out the return policy. You really won’t know if the mattress has met your
expectations until you have spent a week or two in bed and have seen how you feel in the
morning. Purchase your mattress from a store with a generous return policy, generally 30 days,
in case problems arise when you give it the overnight test.
