Methodology
This research was conducted by Censuswide on
behalf of Pegasystems. Data was collected online
between 12.21.2018 - 01.02.2019 among the total
sample of 2,018 US consumers aged 18+.
Note: The research conducted adheres to the MRS
Codes of Conduct and ICC/ESOMAR World Research
Guidelines. Censuswide is registered with the
Information Commissioner's Office and is fully
