2. Where are the lungs located?
The lungs are located on the side/between of
the heart. They are even underneath the ribs.
The lungs live in our chest.
3. What do the lungs do?
The lungs help us breathe in and out anywhere
from 1525 times per minute. When you
breathe the carbon dioxide goes out and more
oxygen comes in. They take the oxygen. The
lungs job is to take the oxygen into our blood.
4. Why do the lungs need blood
The lungs need blood to transport the oxygen
to our limbs. If we had no blood
our lungs could not provide
oxygen and we couldn’t live for
more than a minute
