If you are graduating from either High School or College this year, please contact
the church office with the following information: where you’re graduating from and
your future plans. There will be a reception for all our grads on Sunday, June 10,
following the service. We would love to display a framed picture of you for the
reception area. Please drop one off to the church office by June 6. Also if you
can send an electronic version of your picture to parksidejudy@sbcglobal.net, we
would like to show it on our screen Sunday morning. This is who we have so far:

SUNDAY NIGHT ACTIVITIES
Due to the All-Church Roller Skating Party at The Rink tonight from
6:00-7:30 p.m., there will be no other Sunday evening activities.
YOUTH GROUP INFORMATION:
Please plan to go roller skating with us tonight! It is free for all of you!
Meet at the church at 5:45 p.m. and we’ll go to The Rink as a group!
Next Saturday, May 12, all youth are invited to Paintball Night from 7:30-
10:30 pm. The cost is $30 each. Meet at the church at 7 pm and we’ll
return around 11 pm or meet us at M-40 Paintball by 7:30. Sign up at
the Youth Counter.
There will be no Youth Group on Mother’s Day, May 13.
On Saturday, May 19, you are invited to the Zandstra’s for Movie &
Video Game Night. More details coming soon!
May 20 will be our last regular youth group until fall. Special events
are planned throughout the summer! We’ll keep you posted!
The Skating Event tonight will be our last regular gathering for Warrior Bible
Club for the school year; however, we still want to stay connected with our
kids with summer events being offered. So mark your calendar now for
6/13 at 6 pm - Miniature Golf and Ice Cream at Captain Sundae; 6/27 6 pm -
Pool Party at the Ten Harmsel’s and 7/18 5:30 pm - Beach and BBQ
Night at Kouw Park. These events are for age 4-5th grade.

EXERCISE CLASSES Want to get in shape for summer, lose weight or tone up? Join
others at Parkside on Monday evenings through May 21. We are meeting in classroom
C-1 (end of the hallway) from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and walking 3-5 miles indoors to a video by
Leslie Sansone. Bring a matt or towel, stretchy bands and hand weights if you have
them. Adjust the routine to your own ability. Contact Pam DeBoer if you have questions -

MEN’S SATURDAY MORNING BREAKFAST Mark your calendar for breakfast at
Russ’ Restaurant on North River from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. every Saturday through
June 23. Join other guys for a great meal with great men and great fellowship! Invite
your friends! No need to sign up, just show up when you’re available. Questions…talk
to Pastor Gary.
LIFT WOMENS EVENT Ladies, plan to join us on Thursday, May 17, at 6:30 p.m. for
food, fellowship and flowers! We will be creating planters for everyone to take home and
enjoy. In addition, Ethel Riemersma will be sharing about her recent trip to Israel. Please
sign up at the Women’s Ministry Counter by May 14. The cost is $5. If you have your
own 10-12” container, please being it with you. Hope to see you there!
LADIES DINNER & GAME NIGHT Our Dinner & Game Night will be on Friday, May 18,
at 5:30 p.m. at Brann’s Steakhouse, 12234 James Street in Holland. After our meal, plan
to come back to the church for simple games and snacks. Sign up at the Women’s
Ministry Counter today. This is a great way to meet other women of the church in a fun
and relaxed atmosphere!
YOUNGISH FAMILY EVENT Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 19, from 10 am to
noon as we’re having a Ladies Day! Enjoy a few hours away with the ladies while the
guys watch the kids! More details coming soon!
SUMMER HYMN SINGS For the months of June and July, we will again be holding
hymn sings at the church from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Plan to join us for a great time of worship
with hymns, devotional and fellowship starting on Sunday, June 10.
