Caring and Sharing
SUNDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY Join us tonight at 6 pm as we wrap up
our study of the book of Revelation. We will attempt to cover questions
we have about anything in the book. We’ll also be giving 10 applications of
how the book of Revelation can personally be lived out in our daily lives. It
truly is a book of HOPE! Next Sunday evening, we will not be meeting due
to the Easter (Resurrection) holiday. Starting on April 3, we’ll be doing a
9-week series on Hot Topics that Bob Dutko shared with us. The first one
on 4/3 will be “The Top Ten Proofs that Christianity is Really the Only
True Religion.” Join us for a time of fellowship and study of God’s Word.
PROJECT V.I.P. (Visitation in Prayer) On Wednesday evenings through
the end of March, we will have teams of 2 going out to connect with people
in the congregation. If you haven’t been contacted yet to be visited and
are available on Wednesday evenings, please call the office at 399-4410
or email Judy at parksidejudy@sbcglobal.net to be put on the schedule.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY Plan to join Harold Kimbel’s 7:00 pm
class this Wed. on “The Works of the Holy Spirit throughout the Bible.”
WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY You can still be part of the Women’s Bible
Study meeting this Thursday at 6:30 pm in the Board Room. Plan to join
the group for “Becoming a Woman Whose God is Enough.”
GOOD FRIDAY “WALK” Join us from 7:00-8:30 pm this Friday (Good
Friday) for a unique experience as we walk through the last few hours of
Jesus’ life as He went to the cross. This service, a literal walk through the
challenges of those last few hours, will give each of us a fresh perspective
of what He went through for us! This hands-on experience is for young
and old alike. Bring the whole family, especially the kids, as we together
walk through these remarkable events. The walk will be held within the
church facility.
EASTER WALK Begin Easter morning at 7:00 am at the Spykerman’s
(3916 Tall Grass East Court in Holland) for a Resurrection Walk to Lake
Michigan (1.1 miles.) We are planning a Sunrise Service at Camp Geneva’s
Outside Amphi-theater. Non-walkers can meet us there. The service will
begin at 7:45. After the service, we’ll walk back to the Spykerman’s and
enjoy a light breakfast (bagels, juice, coffee.)
