1. Guide to Preparing Presentations for the Debts Meeting
The Presentations should respond to the needs of the Participants. The Participants will have to

upon both in practice and in study progressively
3. Integrate indepth perspective of a new world free of Debts that we seek to create since it is
important It is important to paint that picture of what our lives will look like when we refuse to
pay Debts. This will make the Participants focus their actions and programs on creating that
world.

debt issue to enable them know how to build alliances, how to create links with society, define
strategies, substantiate ideas and proposals.
13. Make the Participants be outraged with and confront the existing debt order with wisdom,
creativity and dynamism. It should make them generate the conditions for the pushing for
cancellation of debts
3. 14. Ensure that Participants are able to identify with the utmost accuracy who are our
adversaries on issues of Debts against whom we fight and who are our allies to enable us. They
should be able to know who are part of our social base who can strengthen our resistance to
debts.
Conclusion
Cognizant of the fact that the bourgeois media impose and strengthen the capital’s logic, the
presentations need to include ways to confront this by developing communication mechanisms,
both within our organizationas and with society to project our position on debts. This can be
done using online platforms like CADTM website, flyers and posters etc.
We must enhance the capacity of the Participants to write articles, press statements, develop
plays using art and culture and through agitation and propaganda.
