1. Isaias Biwott, Cabernet: Today, I joined a
group of IMLU and Government pathologists
in conducting postmortem on the bodies of six
people who were abducted in Chemolingot
and executed in cold blood and their bodies
thrown in the bush 70km away in Kasiela
(Arabal). The dead included : 3 teachers, an
IEBC official, a TSC sub county director, a
KMTC tutor. The bodies had deep cuts and
the skulls were blown out and grey matter was
sticking out and bones of hands twisted
broken. They died a very cruel death.
One pathologist was from IMLU and they
called me to give them company during the
post mortem. They were abducted last week in
a Restaurant in Chemolingot and they were
tortured and killed afterwards and bodies
dumped in Kasiela (Arabal). They are
suspected to have been killed by government
operatives because they are part of elite
community members financing cattle rustling
and organized crime in Tiaty including killing
of GSU commander
- Elite community members?

2. - Some of them are close allies of the MP and
MCAs. The MP who was also summoned by
police. He was arrested and released. It's like
he is not going to be prosecuted because of
political connections. It's like militias are
being used by politicians and community elite
to cause chaos and tribal clashes in Kapedo.
- What is the source of this información that
pretends to link the 6 bodies and the "militia"?
- From other reliable sources. One of those
killed are close confidants of the Mp.
- We might need to focus on who killed then
and not why by now. We owe this
investigation to the pokot children. Any of
them could be completely innocent.
- IMLU did a report on it today. The doctor
and the other officer were doing it and were
not allowed to share with me.
- But they already shared with you the
essence. They were tortured and brutally
killed. Maybe they should get genetic samples
of the suspects to see if in the future is posible
to obtain a match; suspects i mean the people
who killed them.
