ESP: immediately, EU: in 2 years? โ€ข Non-linearities? ESP: firm size, EU: enforcement/foreign/dtf. โ€ข ESP: service intensive industries โ€“ result or assumption? EU: Foreign firms suffer from conduct more, but not from entry? โ€ข Exogeneity of reforms? ESP: โ€œservices reforms are treated as exogenous and brought forward from EU wide directives and initiativesโ€, EU: doesnโ€™t seem too concerned. โ€ข Fixed I/O tables: what if: services liberalisation -> lower prices -> input substitution?
