King of France Francis I in 1539 in Villers-Cotterêts,
registered at the Parlement de Paris September 6, 1539.
French became the official language of law and
administration, instead of latin.

Angesichts der unerfreulichen Entwicklung, die der Schiffsfonds genommen hat und der deutlich gewordenen Verlustrisiken, ist es für betroffene Anleger des Ship Invest MS Kollmar um so wichtiger, die Möglichkeit der Erlangung von Schadenersatz in Betracht zu ziehen. Die Chancen hierfür stehen nicht schlecht. Bei einer Prüfung des Fondsprospekts haben wir verschiedene Ansatzpunkte für eine Schadenersatzpflicht der Gründungsgesellschafter des Fonds gefunden.
