3. My Life Goals that Im trying to achieve
Interest; Yuhaneez had taken interest in languages since Year 1
where she failed in chinese exam. She's determined to explore and
learn more languages as she heading towards adulthood.
Things she would like to do while she’s still young; She would like to
travel around the world and makes friends while at it.
Future; in the future, she wants to be someone who had enormous
knowledge on the world’s history, culture, language, religions and
more. She finds its fun when you know history and can relate it with
Quran since you can explore more truth in it.

His education
His father was a pioneer and a farmer, and his mother
was a deeply religious woman who died when Lincoln was
young. His father's second wife adored Lincoln and is said
to have stoked his love of learning.

his formal schooling was
intermittent, the aggregate
of which may have
amounted to less than
twelve months。 He never
attended college, but
Lincoln retained a lifelong
interest in learning.

Lincoln settled in the village of New Salem where he worked
as a boatman, store clerk, surveyor, and militia soldier during
the Black Hawk War, and became a lawyer in Illinois. He was
elected to the Illinois Legislature in 1834, and was reelected
in 1836, 1838, 1840 and 1844.

Lincoln led the United States to ultimately defeat the
Confederacy, and following his
famous Emancipation Proclamation, he enacted
measures to abolish slavery.
•Lincoln was correct in supporting the Union, which
opposed slavery. He did not defend the Confederacy
and the people supporting slavery.
•Lincoln felt that it was extremely important for the
United States to end slavery. However, he also
realized that the seceded states should not stay that
way forever. Once the war was over, he felt that it
was crucial to reunite the Union and the Confederacy
back into one United States.

Another event that Lincoln is very well known for is his
presentation of the Gettysburg Address. This speech
was an accomplishment for Lincoln because of what it
spoke about at the time, but also for the impact that
it has continued to have all the way up until today.
He spoke these words at the dedication of the
Soldiers' National Cemetery in Gettysburg,
Pennsylvania, on November 19, 1863. This event
occurred four months after the Union army defeated
the Confederate army at the Battle of Gettysburg. In
the speech he spoke about things like how freedom
would come to the states for all citizens ,how they
would work more towards unity and less towards
states' right and more.
10. Lincoln’s Leadership Quality
During the Civil War, many soldiers died and there were many ups and downs. Lincoln
established lasting connections with the troops by visiting the battlefield and
hospitals, which also helped bolster morale.
Lincoln also spent time talking with members of the public, taking ‘public opinion baths’
according to Kearns Goodwin. He held public receptions and made a point of
shaking everyone’s hand and speaking to each individual.

achievements. Rather, in his second inaugural speech, Lincoln focused on bringing

nation’s wounds, to care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow
and his orphan, to do all which may achieve and cherish a just and lasting peace
among ourselves and with all nations.”

11. Why I want to be like him…?
I really admires him for his leadership. Despite going through constant diligent and effort, even
when Lincoln attained the high political position of president, he treated others whom he
encountered with honesty, humility, courage, justice, and grace. He never forgets his life principles he
had set no matter what. I want to be someone like him that had great knowledge yet stays humble.
Someone that can lead their own life and lives up to their life principles.
Leadership wont just comes without me spending efforts. There’s no such thing as talent in
leading people. Leadership comes from practice and strong belief in their own principles. Rather
than leading people, I need to be more focused on leading my own life properly.I need to be
more strict on myself so that I wont normalise bad habits such as running away from my
responsibility or making excuses. How can we lead others if we cant even lead ourself?

I actually stumbled upon a Japanese
manga 2 weeks ago called
‘Linebarrel of Iron’ Where Abraham
Lincoln appeared in a scene. He
appears as a humanoid envoy in
the story and the comic gives a brief
explanation on who he is and what
kind of live he lives. And then I got
dis SD work. So yea I ram it into da
work- :D
