PDHPE also easily incorporates other subjects at school such as English, Mathematics, HSIE and even Art! With this in mind PDHPE can not only be educational but ENJOYED!
4. The skills practiced in a simple yet effective game during physical education will help children to practice team work and goal setting. These are much needed skills in everyday life!
5. “Should it be parents responsibility to ensure their children have a healthy diet?” Health in schools allows children to further develop an understanding for themselves what foods are important for a balanced diet and energy to keep going! There are many programs in schools that encourage healthy habits!
