asked to Kirsten or myself as

that, how do I do this? etc.)

This application would be a shared
space between Abrakadoodle art
teachers in order to keep them up
to date and organized on all things
dealing with the curriculum and
staff events.

•  Rosanna and Kirsten

staff for events, curriculum and
lesson planning questions and
information for teachers to have
about each other, their site
directors and site schedules.
•  With a packed week of classes,
workshops and birthday party
events, Rosanna can enter all of
the event dates and times into
the calendar app.

•  Rosanna then opens up the
group teacher chat and
messages everyone to look at
the calendar to see who is
available for the empty time slots
that need to be filled for events
and to respond back in the chat
ASAP.

•  Alex’s phone vibrates and she
sees there is a message bubble
above the AbraGenie app. She
opens the app and is greeted
by the home screen of 4
different icons; Messages,
Curriculum, Calendar, and Info.

•  She clicks the messages icon to
immediately read Rosanna’s
message. Alex hits the drop
down menu in the upper left
which can immediately bring
her to the calendar screen. She
looks at the days that have
green highlights in them and
sees which ones she can work.

•  Once pulling up the interface,
Alex can click on what week she
needs to prep for, then the age
group (doodlers, minis, twoosy’s),
and then acquire the procedure,
materials, demo picture and artist
images that go along with the
lesson for the week.
•  Within minutes Alex was able to
research and find out everything
she needed to for the next events
and lessons at Abrakadoodle.
