4. New Pacific Metals Corp. – Building the Next Silvercorp
• Dr. Rui Feng, CEO of New Pacific, built Silvercorp from a market capitalization of
$14 million in 2005 to more than $2‐billion in 6 years by focusing on bringing
projects into profitable production before their potential is drilled off, thereby
using cash flow to fund growth and expansion
• New Pacific will follow a similar approach of developing projects with potential to
generate early cash flow, then using cash flow to finance resource addition and
production growth
• Tagish Lake Gold Property fits into this strategy in the following ways:
1) Known zones of high grade gold‐silver resources
2) Existing infrastructure, mill and underground development
3) Easy access and mining friendly Yukon
4) Sufficient funds on hand
5) A strong team of North American professionals

15. Skukum Creek Project
• Gold‐Silver mineralization is
related to the pyrite‐galena‐
sphalerite‐quartz breccia
zones developed in granite
• High grade gold‐silver ore
bodies pinch‐swell in the
breccia zone down dip and
along strike
• Mineralization extends over
400 m down dip and is open
at depth
15
19. Goddell Project
• Gold mineralization formed along two
rhyolite dykes (G.G. Zone and P.D.
Zone)
• New interpretation of drill hole cross
sections suggests that the P.D. Zone
and G.G. Zone merge at depth
• Gold mineralization intensifies in the
“Merged Zone”, yielding a thicker
mineralized interval
• Both the upper P.D. Zone (above G.G.
Zone) and the “Merged Zone” remain
largely untested and open in all
directions

21. Goddell Project Drill Interval Re‐Calculation
• New interpretation indicates that:
– only three surface holes and 26 underground holes intercepted the
“Merged Zone”
– only one surface drill hole (90‐GT6) intercepted the up‐dip extension
of the P.D. Zone
• The assay intervals for the 30 holes were re‐calculated and the most
significant intercepts for the “Merged Zone” or P.D. Zone are:
– Hole 97‐41 intercepted 64.7 m grading 5.75 g/t gold
– Hole 88‐PG3 intercepted 42.4 m grading 6.23 g/t gold
– Hole 97‐59 intercepted 32.8 m grading 7.94 g/t gold
– Hole 97‐35 intercepted 31.7 m grading 5.59 g/t gold

26. Tagish Lake Gold Property, 2011 Plans
1. Apply for new Yukon exploration permits for 2011 to 2016.
2. Carry out 60,000 metre underground and surface drilling program:
Goddell: 23,000 m underground drilling
Skukum Creek: 13,000 m underground drilling
Raca: 5,500 surface drilling
other areas: 18,500 m surface drilling
3. Initiate Environmental Assessment Study to support a Quartz Mining
License application for a 300 t/d operation with possible expansion to
450 t/d and then 600 t/d in 2 successive phases.
4. Consultations leading to a Development Agreement with Carcross/
Tagish First Nation.
