New York, New York- November 14, 2016- Families with young children have been ignored by the
major car transportation providers. KIDMOTO is here to change that, according to the founder and
CEO of KIDMOTO Technologies.
Nelson Nigel is an entrepreneur and has driven passengers for the taxi, limousine, and rideshare
services. He is also a father.
“I saw the situation firsthand, parents with young children face problems when they need to hire airport
car transportation,” says Nigel. “The major car services like Uber, Lyft, Juno, Carmel, and Dial 7 do
not offer installed car seats or securement for child passengers,” he continues. “Children are left
vulnerable to injury if an accident happens. Children matter and need to be protected.”
KIDMOTO was founded on the idea of providing safe airport transportation for children, while
offering parents convenience and peace of mind.
Nigel created KIDMOTO and the KIDMOTO app for iOS and Android which connects parents to
professional drivers who provide, harness and install child car seats. Certified technicians train drivers
in child passenger safety and drivers use their own registered livery vehicles. Drivers undergo
background screening including local, national, criminal, terrorist, and sex offender registry searches.
KIDMOTO offers reservation-based service for families to and from New York's major airports,
including Newark, LGA, and JFK international airports.
