For me, “design” is not only creativity but also precision, harmony and attention to detail for designing a perfect user experience (UX). Usability is the glue of the best interfaces.
I have a creative soul and a rational mind suited to the collaboration and organization of projects (analysis, planning, coordination, communication, product ownership).
I like working with people. As training tools I prefer post-its, a blackboard, colored markers and much teamwork.
