3. Current interview system is too much depended on paperwork which is very hard
to execute as well as manage. It consumes more time and also we have to allocate
person who can easily handle those activity. According to the system the
interviewee has to decide the venue for interview which involves high cost.
Current interview system has two ways of conducting interview are:
1)Face 2 Face Interview
2)Telephonic Interview
So, sometimes it may happen that the person has to wait for longer period of time
because the face 2 faces or telephonic interview takes a very long time. In both
ways one interview can be conducted at a time.
4. As we have seen that current system prevailing various problems to interviewer as
well as interviewee, So due to that there was a requirement of new system which
eliminate the problems of current System.
In current system travelling cost might be high so, there was a requirement of
system which decrease the travelling cost.
So, for that we have made a new system which decrease all problems of current
system named “ONLINE INTERVIEW MANAGMENT SYSTEM”.
This system is very efficient for administration and convince to the interviewee
because in these system the time is less required for interview and there will be no
travelling cost in this system.
The interviewers (user) of the system as only have to register in this system for
applying for the various required job. And interviewees can easily conduct the
interview with help of internet and webcam.

6. • The main purpose of developing these system is to provide the proper and
appropriate candidate for the company.
• Sometimes it may happen that without the system their may be a crush of all
types of candidates even if they are not good for the job.
• So to reduce that rush the system has been developed.
• With help of these the user can directly give the exam and apply for the jobs.
• With help of these the three main module were made through which they can
directly perform there activities.

Admin Process Description:-
First Admin login in to the system.
Admin can view the details of interviewer and control the user as well
as hr manager.
Admin can see the result of user.
Admin can chat with the another manager and share there details.
Admin can set the exam and set the questions for the user.
10. Hr Manager process Description
Hr manager can register and login into system
Hr manager can see the details of user who are passed.
Hr manager can give the interview dates to the user who are passed in
the exam.
Hr manager can see the result of any candidate.
User Process Description
User Register in the system and login
User can give the examination.
User can apply for the related jobs to his/her field.
User can see their exam result.
User can give contact detail for the result’s sending to the mobile.
