2. The first lines of the song is actually the main hook of the song, which is
repeated several times throughout the song. The line ‘Now throw your hands
up in the sky’ is sort of a reference to when people are having a good time at a
party for example and when they put their hands in the sky when they would
be dancing to music.
The main chorus of the song is sang by the feature T-Pain. The line ‘I'm gonna
get on this TV mama’ means becoming famous that you get on the television
and your living the good life.
The first verse of the song sang by Kanye, is basically him saying how he’s living
the good life now he’s a famous hip-hop artist. ‘Let’s go on a living spree’ means
that he has tons of money now that he can live his life how he wants to live it. He
then goes on to talk about some of the states in America which are all iconic and it
may be a reference to say he’s been to all of these states now he’s become a
famous rapper. ‘I pop the hood, Ferrari’ is again showing how he’s living the good
life with an exotic car. ‘And she got that ass, I got to look, sorry’ is a line referring
to the women he now has in his life since he’s become a rapper and how he
admires their body features so he has to look. The last 2 lines of the verse is Kanye
saying he doesn’t care about the haters he may have because he’s got all this
money now and he’s living a better life than them.

3. In verse 2, Kanye continues to talk about the good life he is living and then
compare it to something. ‘So keep it coming with the bottles’ is a reference
to alcohol and being drunk is a part of living a good life. Similar to the first
verse, Kanye then starts to compare the good life to popular states in
America which is again him possibly saying he’s been to all of these states
now he’s famous.
In verse 2 Kanye also talks about the hood which is possibly where he grew up
as a lot of rappers have the same upbringing. ‘50 told me to go head switch the
style up’ is a line referring to some advice rapper 5O cent gave to Kanye and I
think its clever how he has implemented it into the song. Verse 2 ends with the
same line in verse 2 about haters are going to hate about the good life Kanye is
living but it doesn’t matter because he has all the money in the world.
The first line on verse 3 means that Kanye probably has his own private jet now
he’s become so rich and he’s popping champagne on it which shows the luxury life
he is living. ‘When I get my card back activated, I’m back to Vegas cause’ is a line
which means that when Kanye gets his credit card back he’ll go straight to Vegas as
it is a place for gambling etc.
The final verse of the song is sang by the feature T-Pain. He’s basically talking about
the good life being better than an ordinary life. ‘And now my grandmamma aint the
only girl calling me baby’ is a line which basically means the good life has also
resulted in him attracting more women.
