• make sure you receive all the financial help you are entitled to?

Birmingham City Council wants everyone to be warm and healthy this winter, and to be
prepared for when it gets really cold outside. So in partnership with the government, the
council is providing free, practical help and support to people who really need it.
All you need to do is contact us on our ‘Stay Warm, Stay Well’ FREEPHONE number
which is 0800 0337967. We will then arrange a
suitable day and time for our approved partner,
Warm Zone, to call at your home.
PLEASE BE ASSURED, THIS APPOINTMENT
WILL BE TO ASSESS THE HELP AND
SUPPORT THAT YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO,
AND TO ADVISE ON ENERGY SAVING
MEASURES TO HELP REDUCE YOUR
FUEL BILLS.
IT WILL NOT INVOLVE THE SELLING
OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
