Welcome to my stage 7 of learning to walk before you can run Podcasts at My Weight Loss Dream. I originally started them (and created them myself) early in 2015 after looking up the NHS couch to 5km and realising it was WAY too difficult for someone obese like myself. I am no longer obese now, but I still felt that they were too much for my level of fitness so instead created my own.
