WRITE DOWN
YOUR THOUGHTS
Health and Wellness
WRITE IT DOWN RIGHT AWAY
 To help you stay focus only on one thing at a time
to become successful, you want to write down
everything that comes to your mind right away.
 For example, if you are typing something and the
thought such as “I have to call my friend tonight”
comes to your mind, then you want to write it
down right away.
 By writing down your thoughts, they will be out
of your head in order for you to stay focus only on
your current task.
KEEP IT IN A SAVE PLACE
 The brain will know that your thought is in a
save place so that you could reinforce it later
when you write your thoughts down.
 And then, the brain stops using mental energy to
make sure you will not forget.
 However, if you keep your thoughts inside your
head, then the brain will use a lot of mental
energy to make sure you do not forget them, and
then you will not have enough mental energy to
stay focus on your current task.
HAVE A NOTEBOOK HANDY
 It is best to have a piece of paper or notebook
with you at all time so when something comes
up, you can write them down.
 Writing down your thoughts will also help you
not to forget them.
 For example, sometimes if you do not write down
your thoughts right away, they don’t even come
back and then you will regret it later on.
USE YOUR CELL PHONE
 Another way is to jot your thoughts in your cell
phone.
 For example, I would jot down my thoughts on
my cell phone notepad, and it will save them for
me.
 It has become my “to do” list.
 When I accomplished each task, I would delete it.
 I would keep on adding new thoughts as they
manifest.
DO NOT PROCRASTINATE
 After you write down your thoughts, you want to
accomplish them as soon as possible because
writing them down will only be out of your head
temporary.
 You do not want the same thoughts to pop into
your head.
 The brain does not like to see the same thing
over and over again.
 It is like watching the same movie over and over
again.
 You and your brain will get bored.

WRITE DOWN YOUR THOUGHTS FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS

  • 2. WRITE IT DOWN RIGHT AWAY  To help you stay focus only on one thing at a time to become successful, you want to write down everything that comes to your mind right away.  For example, if you are typing something and the thought such as “I have to call my friend tonight” comes to your mind, then you want to write it down right away.  By writing down your thoughts, they will be out of your head in order for you to stay focus only on your current task.
  • 3. KEEP IT IN A SAVE PLACE  The brain will know that your thought is in a save place so that you could reinforce it later when you write your thoughts down.  And then, the brain stops using mental energy to make sure you will not forget.  However, if you keep your thoughts inside your head, then the brain will use a lot of mental energy to make sure you do not forget them, and then you will not have enough mental energy to stay focus on your current task.
  • 4. HAVE A NOTEBOOK HANDY  It is best to have a piece of paper or notebook with you at all time so when something comes up, you can write them down.  Writing down your thoughts will also help you not to forget them.  For example, sometimes if you do not write down your thoughts right away, they don’t even come back and then you will regret it later on.
  • 5. USE YOUR CELL PHONE  Another way is to jot your thoughts in your cell phone.  For example, I would jot down my thoughts on my cell phone notepad, and it will save them for me.  It has become my “to do” list.  When I accomplished each task, I would delete it.  I would keep on adding new thoughts as they manifest.
  • 6. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE  After you write down your thoughts, you want to accomplish them as soon as possible because writing them down will only be out of your head temporary.  You do not want the same thoughts to pop into your head.  The brain does not like to see the same thing over and over again.  It is like watching the same movie over and over again.  You and your brain will get bored.
