your activities comfortably so you can enjoy them.

them.
Also, you may not have enough personal time to relax
and rest, which would increase your stress level.
3. ENJOY YOUR ACTIVITIES, DON’T RUSH
In life is about enjoying your activities,
not about getting as many things done as
possible.
Remember, you do not need to do many
things to become successful in life.
4. SPENDING TIME WITH SOMEONE
For example, when you spend enough time
with someone you will experience more joy
and happiness, and most importantly, your
appreciation for the other person will
increase.
However, it is difficult to appreciate
something or someone when you rush or do
not spend enough time with them.
