your body burns each day, you'll gain
weight. If you create a caloric deficit
through exercise and reduced food
consumption, you'll lose weight. It
doesn't matter if the calories are from a
sugary donut or a piece of chicken, your
body will either use the calories for
energy or store them as fat.”
